At Cloud Nine we want you to be delighted each and every time you shop with us. Occasionally however you may want to return items to us, so below is a brief outline of our returns policy.
Our 7-day ‘no quibbles’ guarantee
Our ‘no quibbles’ guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, in its original condition (un-used and un-opened), within 7 days from delivery and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. No cancelation costs will apply.
However, please note, all courier costs related to a return will be for your own account.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase prior to the despatch of the item, please contact us on the following number 0860 104 109 or email email@example.com and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. No cancellation costs will apply.
Please follow the below steps to allow us to process your refund efficiently.
1. Ensure that the product is in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories in a suitable protective packaging for transport purposes.
2. Then send the package at your own cost, with its completed returns form, to the address below. For your protection we advise you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.
