Simply create an account and start shopping to earn your loyalty points.

It's easy to redeem your points- add products to your basket as usual, proceed to checkout, and then simply select the number of points you would like to use against your purchase. You can redeem from £1, all the way up to £500. You can even use your points when we are on sale. But you won't be able to use your points if you are already using a discount code.

Please note. You must be logged into your account to redeem your points. And you won't be able to redeem your points if you use any of the express checkout options, such as Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay. If when paying, you are automatically taken to one of these express checkout options, please log out of these and continue through the CLOUD NINE website.

It takes 45 days to receive your points, which is in line with our returns period of 45 days. You will see any pending points in your account page. After the 45 day period, and if you haven't returned the product, these points will be ready to use on your next order.

You can keep track of your points through your account.

Your points expire 12 months after your last order or action on the account. Therefore, if you haven’t earned points in the past 12 months, your points balance will revert to zero. Don’t worry though, if you are signed up to emails, we’ll email to remind you to redeem them before they expire, so you don’t miss out.
